Orders & Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Shipping is FREE on orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is charged. Express delivery options are also available at additional cost.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery is available for next-day delivery in select cities.

Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

You can change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support. After that, changes may not be possible if the order has been dispatched.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and mobile wallets including Easypaisa and JazzCash. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes, COD is available for all orders across Pakistan. You can pay in cash when you receive your order.

After selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive our bank account details. Transfer the exact amount and upload the payment receipt in your order confirmation email.

No, there are no additional charges for choosing Cash on Delivery as your payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Some categories like innerwear and personalized items are non-returnable.

To return a product, go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, and click "Request Return". Our team will contact you to arrange pickup.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damaged/wrong product. We will arrange a free return pickup and send the correct item or process a full refund.
